Accent XL is Alma's radiofrequency skin tightening platform. It delivers controlled RF energy that warms the dermis to the temperature where collagen remodeling begins, gradually firming skin over a series of treatments. Unlike more aggressive tightening treatments, Accent is comfortable enough that clients compare it to a heated massage — making it ideal for maintenance, prejuvenation, and anyone not ready for needles or deeper-energy devices.
What Does Accent Treat?
Early skin laxity on the face, jawline and neck; crepey skin on arms, abdomen and thighs; texture and firmness maintenance between bigger treatments. Safe for all skin types, no downtime — a true lunchtime treatment.
What Is an Accent Session Like?
No numbing needed. The handpiece glides over the skin in passes, building comfortable warmth for 20–40 minutes depending on the area. Skin may look lightly flushed for an hour or two. Results build over a series — most clients do 4–6 sessions spaced 1–2 weeks apart, then maintain monthly or quarterly.
